The details
30-day free trial
Every organization gets 30 days with everything included, starting the first time anyone in the organization uses Boardmate. No card, no sign-up form.
After the trial
The AI features ask for a license with an "Upgrade" button. Nothing is lost: your settings, templates and statistics stay, and everything works again the moment you buy.
Free forever without AI
The Insights rule checks, field mapping and usage statistics keep working without a license, for as long as you like.
What is an active user?
A distinct person who used a Boardmate AI feature in your organization in the last 30 days. You get a warning from 90% of the limit and a 30-day grace period if you go over it.
Your AI usage is separate
Boardmate runs on your own AI provider (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, OpenRouter or an OpenAI-compatible endpoint). Model usage is billed by that provider under your own contract.

How to buy
- An organization administrator opens Organization settings → Boardmate → Plan & billing.
- Choose the tier and the currency (EUR or USD) and select Upgrade.
- Pay securely in Paddle's checkout by card or another method offered there. The license is active within moments.
Change plan, update the payment method, download invoices or cancel at any time with Manage billing in the same panel. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid year.
Paddle is our reseller. Orders are processed by Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all Boardmate purchases. Paddle handles payment, invoices, VAT and sales tax, and refunds. See the Refund Policy.
Prices exclude VAT. Paddle adds VAT or sales tax at checkout where it applies. Businesses can enter a VAT number at checkout.
